Carl Christian Cakes based in Southsea, Portsmouth founded 1997.

Carl has had a lifelong passion for baking and cake decorating, he trained at Highbury College from 1986-1987, he also attended many evening courses in sugarcraft and cake decorating, which helped his cake decorating abilities to flourish.

Welcome to our kitchen

The Majority of all the cakes you see on this website are decorated with handmade sugar craft decorations and detail. All cakes will be decorated to the same standard as the pictures you view on our website or portfolio in the shop, because our cakes are handmade fresh to order, designs may vary slightly.
